Senior QA Analyst

Location: Armenia, LATAM, Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to join our team.

Write test cases
Perform functional testing
Browser testing across multiple browsers and devices
Work closely with the development team to perform regression testing, document bugs and verify repairs
Work across multiple projects
Identify problems and work proactively to solve them
Identify opportunities to improve and optimize deliverables

4+ years of experience in quality assurance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience testing UI and appearance
Experience with both QA Automation and Manual QA
Experience with testing frameworks like Cypress
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines
Experience testing ecommerce websites and platforms, specifically Shopify
Experience writing bug reports
Experience testing websites using desktop and mobile devices
Solid understanding of Chrome Dev Tools
Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
Vast experience with software development cycles, e-commerce solutions(Shopify is a Plus), and content management systems
