B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales team. 

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads. This role involves strategic lead generation skills, the ability to analyze market trends and to deploy innovative strategies for attracting new leads.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads from local and international markets through various lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Leadfeeder, Hunter.io, Email Marketing etc.)
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and align lead-generation efforts accordingly
  • Provide qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion
  • Identify and find emails of the most appropriate decision-makers (Director, Manager, VP or C-Level)
  • Determine target audience and launch campaigns to generate leads
  • Should be able to provide at least 20-40 qualified leads in a month
  • Should be able to provide at least 20-40 LinkedIn-qualified leads in a month
  • Effectively work with the company leadership to implement the vision of growth for the company

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in an IT sales environment
  • Experience with successful lead generation tools, e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Leadfeeder, Hunter.io etc
  • Experience in working directly with the sales team
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, and works independently with minimum supervision
  • Should be able to deal with people at all levels of the company effectively
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
