HR Manager

Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Job Type: Full-time

As an HR Manager, you will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. 

You must be highly motivated, innovative, and resourceful, and love the challenge of finding the right person for the job.

 Responsibilities

  • Represent Brainstorm Technologies at various HR events including job fairs
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness
  • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
  • Conduct performance and wage reviews
  • Arrange recurring One on Ones and define the Team needs
  • Plan and Organize Team / In house / Outgoing activities
  • Develop the concept of Brainstorm culture and work on the details of company culture
  • Maintain and report on workplace health and morale
  • Develop job descriptions and determine key requirements
  • Identify, interview, and place highly qualified professionals in new career opportunities
  • Leverage creative networking strategies to recruit and engage top technical talent
  • Source for candidates using referral networks, job boards, social and professional networks
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills, professional strengths, and career goals
  • Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding process
  • Provide prompt and thorough feedback to candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications

Required Qualifications

  •  3+ years of Human Resources experience in IT
  •  Good English, well-spoken and written 
  •  Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  •  Possess a high level of enthusiasm, integrity, and attention to details
  •  Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals
  •  Developed analytical thinking, prioritizing and organizational skills
  •  Ability to work well in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  •  Excellent time management skills
  •  Strong negotiation skills
